making procedures in your organization that is the same or different from those
situation of a company.

We usually see that in the work environment, the companies
advocate [equality] and [prevent from bullying], these are important things in
the adult world, so, why do inequality and bullying still exist in the school
environment where the children of the Chairmen or the children of employees
live, or, it happens in the online world of people?!
Please share how you and at least your supervisory employees ensure
that your children treat others equally without bullying?! Thank you!
